This play explores the intricacies of everyday relationships – the things we say, the things we hide, and the things that never quite become words. Often, behind our laughter and jokes lies a pain that we neither fully understand nor know how to share. The play conveys serious emotions with a light touch – without heavy dialogues, many things are felt simply through their presence. It is a story about the complexities of relationships, unspoken pain, and the silence that exists, in some way or another, in every home, in every person’s life.

Director’s Note
As an actor, whether it is in film or theatre, I am deeply drawn to stories that explore relationships and family dynamics. What always attracts me are unusual, layered relationships rather than stereotypes. In NSD T.I.E. Co., we once performed a play based on the life of Bhagat Singh. While most of us know what is written in books, during that process we discovered so many untold aspects of his life – things that are not documented but reveal so much more about who he was.Similarly, in relationships too, there are many unexplored emotions and nuances that often go unnoticed. With this thought, I discussed the idea with my writer Chirag, who then wrote a play that is very close to my heart.Just as relationships evolve over time, we too continue to grow with them.
