उ-jaala is a quiet reflection on growing up. The weight teenagers carry long before they learn how to name it. It speaks of expectations that feel too heavy, friendships that blur into pressure, homes filled with love yet missing understanding, and the loneliness of feeling unseen even when surrounded by people, when the air feels colder and dust feels heavier. It reminds us that everyone falls and everyone doubts but everyone shines from the light that survives within. A gentle reminder that healing begins when we are finally seen, heard, and allowed to exist as we are.
