Rang Raakh

Our adaptation of “Jab Shehar Hamara Sota Hai” by Piyush Mishra, presented by Sunday Club Part 3 – Rang Rakh, is a powerful exploration of humanity in a world where violence has become routine. Set in a society marked by bloodshed and emotional numbness, the play questions whether love can truly survive after so much loss.

At its core is the conflict between Virasat and Vivek 一 inheritance and conscience. Virasat represents the traditions, prejudices, and cruelty passed down through generations, while Vivek stands for awareness, moral courage, and the choice to be humane. The struggle between these two forces shapes every decision and every consequence.

Love does win in the end, but the play dares to ask: at what cost? When lives are lost and innocence is shattered, even victory feels heavy. This adaptation reflects the harsh truth that humanity often suffers the most in a violent world.
